Yuanzai World User Agreement 元仔世界用户协议

1. CORE DEFINITIONS 核心定义

1.1. Services 服务

Refers to the digital products, functions, and service contents provided by Yuanzai World, including but not limited to in-app interactions, content creation tools, and virtual environment access rights.
指元仔世界提供的数字产品、功能及服务内容，包括但不限于应用内交互、内容创作工具及虚拟环境访问权限。

1.2. User 用户

Refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the services of Yuanzai World.
指访问或使用元仔世界服务的任何个人或实体。

1.3. Content 内容

Covers all text, images, videos, audio, and other materials created, uploaded, or transmitted by users in the Yuanzai World services.
涵盖用户在元仔世界服务中创建、上传或传输的所有文本、图像、视频、音频及其他材料。

2. AGREEMENT FORMATION 协议达成规则

2.1. Agreement Effectiveness Premise 协议生效前提

By accessing or using the Yuanzai World services, you (the user) agree to read these terms and conditions fully and carefully, and be bound by them. If you do not agree to these terms, you shall not use the services.
通过访问或使用元仔世界服务，您（用户）同意全面仔细阅读本条款与条件并受其约束。若您不同意这些条款，不得使用本服务。

2.2. User Qualification Guarantee 用户资质保证

You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity and right to enter into this agreement and comply with the terms and conditions. When using the services, you shall not violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
您声明并保证具备签订本协议、遵守条款与条件的法律行为能力与权利。使用服务时，不得违反任何法律、法规或第三方权利。
You acknowledge and agree that if you are a User under 18, you may only use the services after your parents or legal guardians have reviewed and expressly consented to these terms and conditions. Pursuant to applicable laws and regulations, the service shall provide you with restricted service offerings.
您知晓并同意如您为不满18岁用户，您仅能在双亲或监护人阅读并同意本条款和条件的情况下使用本服务，并且本服务将根据法律或法规规定，对您仅提供受限制的服务内容。

3. CLAUSE AMENDMENT MECHANISM 条款变更机制

Yuanzai World reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any modifications shall take effect immediately upon publication in the services or on Yuanzai World's official website. You are responsible for periodically reviewing the terms and conditions for changes.

Registering an account may be required to use certain service functions. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Meanwhile, you shall keep the account credentials confidential and be responsible for all activities under the account.
使用部分服务功能可能需注册账户。注册时，您需提供准确、完整且最新的信息。同时，您需对账户凭证保密，对账户下所有活动负责。

4.2. Account Transfer Restrictions 账户转让限制

Without the prior written consent of Yuanzai World, you shall not transfer or assign the account to any other party.
未经元仔世界事先书面同意，您不得转让或出让账户给其他方。
Without the prior written consent of Yuanzai World, you shall not lease or lend your account to any third party.

Yuanzai World disclaims all liability for account or property losses arising from your disposition of account in violation of this provision of the terms and conditions.

If you violate these terms and conditions or use the services improperly or illegally, Yuanzai World has the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice.

Yuanzai World is committed to protecting your privacy. We will collect, use, and disclose your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms and conditions by reference.

You are responsible for preparing the necessary equipment (such as compatible devices and network connections) to access and use the services. Yuanzai World shall not be liable for issues arising from your unsuitable equipment or unstable network connection.
您需自行准备访问和使用服务的必要设备（如兼容设备、网络连接）。因您设备不适配或网络不稳定引发的问题，元仔世界不承担责任。

6.2. Service Adjustment Rights 服务调整权限

Yuanzai World reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate part of the services at any time without notice, for reasons including but not limited to system maintenance, capacity limitations, or adjustments to business priorities.
元仔世界保留随时修改、暂停或终止部分服务的权利，无需通知，原因包括但不限于系统维护、容量限制或业务优先级调整。

6.3. Service Availability Description 服务可用性说明

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure the availability of the services, but we do not guarantee that the services will operate uninterrupted or error-free at all times.
我们会尽力保障服务可用，但不保证服务始终不间断、无错误运行。

7. ADVERTISING-RELATED AGREEMENTS 广告相关约定

7.1. Advertising Display and Liability 广告展示与责任

Yuanzai World may display advertisements in the services, and some may be provided by third-party advertisers. Your interaction with such advertisements is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective advertisers. Yuanzai World shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your interaction with third-party advertisements.
元仔世界可能在服务内展示广告，部分由第三方广告商提供。您与此类广告的互动受广告商条款约束，元仔世界对您与第三方广告互动产生的损失或损害不承担责任。

8. THIRD-PARTY ASSOCIATION RULES 第三方关联规则

The services may contain links to third-party websites or services. Yuanzai World does not endorse or control these third-party resources. You access and use third-party websites and services at your own risk, and Yuanzai World shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising therefrom.
服务中可能包含第三方网站或服务链接。元仔世界不认可、不控制这些第三方资源。您自行承担访问和使用第三方网站及服务的风险，元仔世界对由此产生的损失或损害不承担责任。

9. CONTENT RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES DEFINITION 内容权责界定

9.1. Content Authorization License 内容授权许可

When you create or upload content to the Yuanzai World services, you grant Yuanzai World a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the services.
您在元仔世界服务中创建或上传内容时，授予元仔世界非独家、免版税、全球范围内的许可，用于运营和推广服务，包括使用、复制、修改、改编、发布、翻译及分发该内容。

9.2. Content Compliance Liability 内容合规责任

You are fully responsible for the content you create or upload. You shall not create or upload illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or other improper content. Yuanzai World has the right to decide to remove any content that violates these terms and conditions or the Acceptable Use Policy at its sole discretion.
您对创建或上传的内容负全部责任，不得创建或上传非法、侵权、诽谤、淫秽或其他不当内容。元仔世界有权自行决定移除违反本条款与条件或《可接受使用政策》的内容。

You acknowledge that Yuanzai World does not pre-review content but has the right (not the obligation) to review and remove content determined to be improper or in violation of regulations.
您认可元仔世界不预先审核内容，但有权（无义务）审查并移除被判定为不当或违规的内容。

10. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE AND PAYMENT RULES 订阅服务与付款规则

10.1. Subscription Service Premise 订阅服务前提

Yuanzai World may provide subscription-based services. By subscribing to such services, you agree to pay the applicable fees and comply with the additional terms and conditions.
元仔世界可能提供订阅制服务。订阅此类服务，您需支付费用并遵守附加条款与条件。

10.2. Subscription Fees and Cancellation 订阅费用与取消

Unless required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time but have no right to request a refund for the unused portion of the subscription period (unless required by law).
除法律要求外，订阅费用不予退款。您可随时取消订阅，但无权要求退还订阅期内未使用部分的费用（法律要求除外）。
Yuanzai World reserves the right to adjust subscription fees and will notify subscribers through appropriate means.

Yuanzai World reserves the right to adjust or terminate subscription services and will notify subscribers through appropriate means.

10.4.Third-Party Subscription Services 第三方订阅服务

Yuanzai World acknowledges only those third-party subscription services expressly confirmed by Yuanzai World in writing. Yuanzai World disclaims all liability for losses or damages arising from your engagement with unverified third-party services or payments.
除元仔世界书面确认的第三方外，元仔世界不承认任何第三方提供的元仔世界订阅服务，元仔世界对您向未经确认的第三方订阅服务或付款造成的损失或损害不承担责任。

11. BEHAVIORAL RESTRICTION REQUIREMENTS 行为限制要求

11.1. Prohibited Acts List 禁止行为列举

You shall not use the Yuanzai World services to:
• Upload, transmit, or distribute illegal, infringing, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or other harmful content;
• Access or interfere with the services without authorization, including but not limited to hacking, cracking, or using automated tools to access the services in a manner not permitted by Yuanzai World;
• Use for commercial purposes not explicitly authorized by Yuanzai World, such as selling virtual goods or services obtained from the services to third parties;
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of Yuanzai World or third parties, including but not limited to copying, modifying, or distributing Yuanzai World's software, trademarks, or copyrighted materials without permission.
• Engage in any other conduct that infringes upon the legal rights of Yuanzai World or third parties.
您不得利用元仔世界服务：
・上传、传输或分发非法、侵权、骚扰性、诽谤性、淫秽或其他有害内容；
・未经授权访问、干扰服务，包括但不限于黑客攻击、破解或使用自动化工具违规访问；
・用于元仔世界未明确授权的商业目的，如向第三方销售从服务中获取的虚拟商品或服务；
・侵犯元仔世界或第三方的知识产权，包括但不限于未经许可复制、修改或分发元仔世界的软件、商标或受版权保护的材料。
・进行其他损害元仔世界或第三方合法权利的行为。

12. USER LIABILITY DEFINITION 用户责任界定

12.1. Account Activity Liability 账户活动责任

You are responsible for all activities under your account in the Yuanzai World services. If your use of the services, violation of these terms and conditions, or infringement of third-party rights causes losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) to Yuanzai World and its affiliates, officers, employees, directors, and agents, you shall indemnify and hold them harmless.
您对账户下在元仔世界服务中的所有活动负责。若因您使用服务、违反本条款与条件或侵犯第三方权利，导致元仔世界及其关联方、管理人员、员工、董事和代理人遭受损失、损害、责任和费用（包括合理律师费），您需赔偿并使其免受损害。

12.2. Violation Reporting Encouragement 违规举报鼓励

If you discover that other users violate these terms and conditions, you are encouraged to report such violations to Yuanzai World through appropriate channels.
若发现其他用户违反本条款与条件，鼓励您通过适当渠道向元仔世界举报。

13. SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES OF CLAUSES 条款特殊情形

13.1. Waiver and Enforcement 弃权与执行

Yuanzai World's failure to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be deemed a waiver of that provision or the right to enforce it subsequently.
元仔世界未执行本条款与条件的任何规定，不视为放弃该规定及后续执行权利。

13.2. Severability Description 可分割性说明

If any provision of these terms and conditions is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

14. CLAUSE REVISION RULES 条款修订规则

14.1. Disposal of Invalid Parts 无效部分处理

If any part of these terms and conditions is deemed an unreasonable restriction of trade or unenforceable, that part shall be severed, and the remaining clauses shall continue to be fully effective.

15. INDEMNITY AND DISCLAIMER AGREEMENTS 赔偿与免责约定

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Yuanzai World and its affiliates, as well as their officers, employees, directors, and agents, harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the services, violation of applicable laws or regulations, violation of these terms and conditions, or infringement of third-party rights.
您同意赔偿、辩护并使元仔世界及其关联方，以及其管理人员、员工、董事和代理人免受因您使用服务、违反相关法律法规、违反本条款与条件或侵犯第三方权利而产生的任何索赔、损失、损害、责任和费用（包括合理律师费）。

16. CLAUSE AND LAW ADAPTATION 条款与法律适配

16.1. Conflict Handling Principle 冲突处理原则

If any provision of these terms and conditions conflicts with applicable laws and regulations, the provisions of the laws and regulations shall prevail (only for the conflicting part), and the remaining clauses shall continue to be fully effective.
若本条款与条件的任何规定与适用法律法规冲突，以法律法规规定为准（仅冲突部分），其余条款继续完全有效。

元仔世界向用户发送服务相关通知时，会采用在服务内发布通知或向账户关联邮箱发送邮件等方式。

17.2. User Feedback Channels 用户反馈渠道

To send service-related notifications to Yuanzai World, users may use the customer support channels provided in the services, such as the in-app feedback form or the official email: mingqiangchen@yuanzai.fun.
用户向元仔世界发送服务相关通知，可使用服务内提供的客户支持渠道，如应用内反馈表单或官方邮箱：mingqiangchen@yuanzai.fun。

18. LEGAL JURISDICTION SETTING 法律管辖设定

18.1. Dispute Resolution Basis 争议解决依据

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions or the Yuanzai World services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China . The exclusive jurisdiction for resolving such disputes shall be Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (Shanghai International Arbitration Center) .
因本条款与条件或元仔世界服务产生的任何争议，受中华人民共和国法律管辖并据其解释。解决此类争议的专属管辖权归上海国际贸易仲裁委员会（上海国际仲裁中心） 。
